Once again, it is obvious that Mikey here refuses to accept what has been placed in front of him !

Mikey... laws are NOT written that way ! Its not at all unusual that the law that Scott so conveniently posted for you does NOT reference the SOL period itself ! Obviously you've never sat and read thru laws and statutes before or you'd know this is typical. The SOL period itself is probably in a whole OTHER section of the California code !

Get over it, you've been given your answer numerous times.. you just don't want to accept it. You want it all given to you on a silver platter and laid out all nice and neat in the state laws for you too.. ain't happenin' bud !!

We've all given you all the info you need.. I think its time we stopped wasting our breath on you since you refuse to accept what we've told you and laid out for you.. in painful detail. Time you did your own research and legwork.. I'm done on this one !!
