The next time this bitch-on-wheels calls, before you say anything else, tell her to hold on a second while you turn on your tape recorder as you are going to record all of her calls from now on. If she keeps yelling, then she's consenting to be taped (even if you don't really do it). I'm betting she'll either tone down or hang up on you.
