The SOL is where you lived when you took out the card or the state you live in now. The SOL is your state is a paltry 3 years on credit cards. I wonder if you are dealing with calvary as they do alot of discover account. They are one of the worst out there. The best thing to do is send them a validation letter certified. If they cannot prove everything then they have to remove it.
