I've called sears to get a name of the collection agency and all they do is give me a number. That phone rings. I've tried on a daily basis. I would like to talk to a manager. But I can't get someone to answer. They even have a voice mail system to leave you message it doesn't work. The City I work for Has an employee assistance program. They got me in touch with an attorney, he wants me to fax them the letters, that I have received but I don't have anything. I'm wondering what could they do?
