It is apparent that "Mikey" doesn't like the answers he has received here, however, to answer his last inane question, the reason is that their are DIFFERENT SOL's for credit card accounts that were signed (4 years), unsigned, as in preauthorized or internet applications (2 years) plus other various SOLs for written contracts, like fixed loans.

Perhaps if you could get it through your head that the SOL of the State you are SUED in is the one that always is in effect, it might sink in.
