Thank you SO much for all of the information. I'm in Oklahoma, so I'm not sure which one, but I'll figure it out somehow. I will read up on the laws and I'm sure that will help too. I thought about really recording some calls where I am offering a payment and they refuse or where they are telling me that I'm being uncooperative and yelling at me... But would it do any good?
