I suggest you find out if the store is still in business. If so, write them a nice letter stating that you are being illegally harrassed by a collection agency on an account from their store.
Advise them that they can be held liable for the illegal collection activities of their agent. Suggest that they retrieve the account from their agent before you take action and file a complaint.

DO NOT admit to owing any $$- or saying you will try to pay them something on account.Just stick to the issue of the CA 's illegal collection activity.(no written notice, no mini-miranda, no 30 day dispute period,no address given)

Oklahoma has a 3 year SOL, how long has it been since you were CURRENT on the account with the store?
