OK- here is what you need to do.

DO NOT call them,if they call you, tell them you are recording the conversation.

You can find a lawyer to represent you by calling the Pa. Bar Assoc.or by going to my website linked below and clicking on NACA.You have grounds for a lawsuit against them.

If you cannot find a lawyer, you need to send a cease and desist letter to the CA- AND file a complaint with the Pa. Attorney General & the FTC for their violations of the FDCPA.

In your cease and desist you need to state that they are in violation of the FDCPA by not providing you with the required validation notice, falsely threatening legal action on a time barred debt, falsely threatening to attach joint assets and violating your State's unfair business practices laws and statutes on fraudulent extortion.

In addition state that you are filing a complaint against them with the FTC & Pa. AG's office and the US Postmaster for mail fraud.

Send copies of all your filed complaints and your cease and desist letter to the address from this website below,they are members;

http://www.pacollectors.org/

You can file on line with the FTC and the AG's office and the Postal Service, be sure to print out your complaints when you file.

Send the cease and desist letter to the CA CRRR. If you need further help,e-mail me.
