a stipulation of settlement this past march, and it was a very big mistake, but we didnt know that it was past the sol, or anything then. and they put an affavdit in the summons that isnt even legal, but we never noticed that til recently while looking at the papers again. i've tried to find an atty. to help us to go before the judge to try and get this agreement thrown out , but no luck so far, so its keep paying or try to get a hearing on our own. i really dont know what to do.
i did a post under the florida, to try and see if other people have been taken by these people, but whychat thought it was suspicious so she posted for no on e to answer it, kinda weird though cause i just asked people to share any experiences wiath this ca. corporation. anyways, that post wont do anything now, but i did put my email up there anyway. i pretty much say , this is hopeless cause like they say you cant fight cityhall, and these debt collectors and their attys. are not people who get sued , they sue, even when the law says they cant, and they get away with it. anyway, thanks again for your post to me, and i picked a permanent handle, browneyes,
because i had used florida-and also the one this is under-disheartened-which is how i feel about the whole thing. PS. you are right about attys, all of them that i called , said the sol for fla. is 5 years, not 4 years.
