When you fill out the summons and things, is it proper to attach legal evidence to the summons and refer to each Item as Exhibit (a), Exhibit (b) etc... or do you wait for all that stuff until you are in front of the judge. I've NEVER done small claims filing so this is new to me. My goal is to have a summons that is so vicious and so overwhelming with evidence that the debt collector will drop the whole things and settle before it gets to the judge. Once they see the evidence I have against them they will piss their pants and do as I ask. I don't know if it's proper to show them your evidence before you case gets in front of the judge. Please inform on both issues.
