hi! i am about to send a cease and desist letter to TSYS but i checked in yahoo search and one article i read states that under ftc defenitin TSYS is not under CA... my question is a cease and desist letter applies only for CA's or any third party involved??? how my letter should read "disputing" a debt that is almost 7 yrs old? and how does a filed bancruptcy going on seven years affects this debt??? or how this will affect on the way my response letter to them should be??? thank you very much.
