Its a place called Cavalry investments address is P.O. Box 27288 Tempe, Az. 85285. They have called and sent letters.. And they are calling my Dads house asking for my husband. They keep calling me at work and home after I told them not to.. Now I guess I need to send them a letter. And I guess I can turn them in to the FTC and the other agencies. I just wasn't sure because of the repo being in Ok and we now live in Az and the collection agency is in AZ. I am pretty sure its a 3rd party agency. I have called acting like I am interested in sending someone to collections like thru my work not telling them my name of course and they said they are not a collection agency. They buy from collections. Thanks for the info I am all over it now. They aren't gonna get my stomach in knots anymore. Any other info will be greatly appreciated.
