I wish there was something I could tell you. Did you at least validate the debt ? Maybe you can get violations on them. They can't threaten legal action unless they actually follow through. What correspondence have you received from them ?

Don't throw out all the cards yet. There is dirt on this firm but it won't help you any at this point. Give more information about the debt where you are etc...
