cap 1 filed suit aganist me in al havent been served yet called there attorneys office spoke with collector tried to make payment arrangements without judgement he said had to be judgement and wants consent judgement agreement that says i pay 50.00 a month suit for 4000 i owe debt but if i agree to judgement they will put lein on my home. home worth 75000 mortgagaes and homestead exemption total 78500 home in disrepair iam worried cap 1 will sell judgement or enforce judgement have home forclosed and sold. buyer could pay 4000 or so more than home worth dfference beetween value of home in disrepair and mortgages and homestead exemption buyer then could invest 7000 and repair my home and sell for 100000 my home is in great area choice lot if dont have 4000 right now if i dont agree to debt in suit service papers i wont go to court till probally april and could settle before court or at least i wll have much more money then cap 1 suit says 3900,142.00 ct costs,intrest collector said consent judgement agreement would be for 4142.00 no post judgement intrest if i go to court would i also have to pay their attorneys fees need advice dont trust them
