Yes request an administrative hearing. State that you had officialy denied this fraudulent claim in 1994 and no further collection action had been taken. In addition, the claim is time barred for any civil action. State that unless you receive a full review of this fraudulent extortion attempt by OSI and complete termination of their illegal collection activities you will fie a complaint with the FTC and your State's Attorney General and with the appropriate Military Services departments.
