I just used my Fleet credit card to take out a cash advance of $1K, and then paid it back 5 days later. The transaction fee of 4% ($40) + interest of about $2 came to an interest rate of 52%. Is this legal? Please write me at mgreenberg12@yahoo.com. Thanks.
