no! thats completely wrong. dont settle at all. they cant do anything. i use to work there for 2 1/2 yrs. they cant do anything other than call. now if you just wanna get it paid for moral reasons (i understand that too) offer ten percent. tell them thats all you have and have them put it in writing then you go from there. only reason to pay them is strictly out of moral, cause legally theres nothing they can do.
