my first mortgage is current , but my second mortgae is behind 3 payments ,,,,already filed banrupt six months ago, but kept the house, second mortgage (citifinancial) will not return my calls,,,and hasnt sent me monthly statements ? i have sent them discharge papers and letters asking them to send monthly statement,, but no response ??? afraid they will foreclose ? any advise please !
