Thanks, I looked them up on the BBB site and they are rookies, just established in 2000. From the look of the letter I received they must be working out of the owner's basement with minimal supplies and budget to conduct their job professionally. At the least they could buy some professional stationary and mailing envelopes to give the appearance of an established agency. I'm not going to sweat these scumbuckets at all.
