why chat, We just went to court!

Its been awhile since I posted,just wanted to let you know we(card was just hubbys) went to court.Hubby had sent a settlement offer to cap ones lawyer for $125.00 a month until paid off but didnt want to pay the 22.40 interest per annum. The magistrate let cap ones lawyer do his case by phone,didnt even have to be there,we was though.The lawyerwould not accept the $125 a month but said would take $150 a month plus the 22.40 interest. We said we would do the $150 a month but not that interest,so there lawyer said 10%interest per annum,we said ok,now will have to wait to get official papers in the mail to sign. We did not want wages garnished which they would do. And oh yeh, they said they could not touch thehouse since it was in my name only.Any tricks to watch out for in the official papers why chat?They won there judgement,but we at least got to settle with payments each month,so we kinda won too.
