I sent the C&D letter a couple of months ago..have the receipt..not the actual green card, but can pull up proof online with tracking number..I will tell them today that they are being recorded, but I don't think they care..have several messages taped that they have left since the letter was received..they are telling me that if they get a judgement against me that the bank that is holding my mortgage will force me to sell..the bank knows my situation and has not said a word about this..neither have any of the attornies I have spoken with..
