I recently sent a validation letter to RMA about a Sears account they assume I owe. What they sent back to me was a computerized history of the account and 3 sales slip with my signature. No signed agreement from me with Sears. The card was issued to me in 1996 and was charged off in 11/97, the amount due is $636.00. I live in New York, what is my next step.
