Dear Fenrir and Ladynred,
Thank you so much for your advice. I am so scared of this woman since I have never been spoken to in this manner. So basically all of her threats to "repossess my house, take action against my SS, and other threats," are really all a lie? How come she says these things to me? I went to the web sites you gave me and got copies of the C&D and other into especially the whole FDCPA. Anymore advice you can give me on this matter will be greatly appreciated. I am already so thankful for your advice. If I only knew you I would be bringing over some holiday cookies for you! Thanks again and I will keep you posted.
