Does this SOL rule apply to those who have left the USA with credit card accounts in good standing and while living overseas those open accunts have become delinquent.
Does the Status of limitations clock starts clicking and continues to click from day one or is the clock suspoended and restarts when I return to the USA.?

Do a written letter wrpte 2 years later with signature explaining situation and promising to pay when situation gets better. do this letter suspends, resets the status of limitation clock or it has not effect what so ever on the SOL?
