Not just cap 1 also MBNA and providian I hear are also on the suing warpath. Creditors these days are becoming ever more aggressive when it comes to filing lawsuits. My exprience with cap 1 wasn't too bad since it was settled out of court. But it still trips me out that they sued for such a small amount!
