SOL stands for Statute of Limitiations. The SOL for your state seems to be 4 years. You are stating that this debt is 8 years old. NOBODY can leagally collect or extort money from you or your mothers for this debt.

C&D stands for "cease and desist" or "Stop it". Send them ths letter using Why Chats format. It should solve your problems.
