Keep looking for a lawyer -- preferably one who's done a few FDCPA cases. Try a Google search with your state's name, "FDCPA", and "lawyer" or "attorney" and see if you come up with some hits.

FDCPA allows for attorney fees even if the plaintiff's claim is for a small dollar amount. A bill collector cannot call you once you've told him to stop.

Depending on your state's definition of stalking, it's possible that stalking includes repeated phone calls after being told not to call. You'd probably have a hard time getting the prosecutor to do anything about it though.

When they call you again, use this script: "Do not call me again. If you do I will file a complaint for stalking." Then hang up. They might be reluctant to call your bluff.
