Hi,
I think the last payment that I made was around 3 yrs ago, and I live in Nebraska. And yes, I was on the account. My ex was supposed to pay the credit card off in the settlement, and he didn't. They are now telling me since I didn't make the final payment, it will cost me at least 3,000 to pay it off. I really don't know how to deal with the law firm. Thanks in advance for any help.
