You're lucky you haven't been caught ! The use of an EIN when you have a valid SSN is ILLEGAL. When you get a 'new' credit file this way, its called file segregation and its a violation of Federal law !!

You run the risk of getting caught, time to pay the piper for your illegal actions and pay your bills.
