You need to file a response (answer) to the Court stating you wish a hearing to defend yourselves against this claim.

In order to get a judgment they would have to (if you had contested it earlier) show proof of the legitimacy of their claim. Including ALL documentation of the repossession that would show it was done legally.In addition YOU have an "affirmative" defense, their claim is beyond the UCC (uniform commercial code) statute of limtations, (SOL) for filing a claim on a deficiency.

Get a lawyer.
