If there has been a judgment filed the papers that the CA are filing are possibly Interrogatories which REQUIRE an appearance to answer questions relating to income, bank accounts, tax returns, etc. Your fiance MUST show up for the hearing or he could face contempt charges which COULD land him in jail.

Do NOT blow off this court date.
