So you mean that I have no privacy rights? They can call everyone who may know me and tell them I am deliquent, and that they are going to repo my vehicle??? They can even make up things like they are investigating me for fraud or forgery and the Sheriff's Dept is looking for me??? That's crazy!! I had broken no laws, but gone through a divorce from a drug addict and had gotten behind on my bills. I just can't believe that they have a right to discuss my personal business with people I work with, my friends and family. I was so sure they weren't supposed to do that. The collector got the secretary at my work so upset one day when she was in the office alone, she went home sick, she was scared to death, he called and asked who else was in the office and if there was a security guard there. I can't believe that people can get away with stuff like this!
