Thanks for that info why chat I will check the consent letter and see if it says they brought a judgement against my husband. Also I just answered Valerie who wrote me and told her that in the consent papers the lawyer sent us they had the amount as $3,232.328 instead of $3,232.32 like its supposed to be,do you think that was a typo,mistake or a trick on their part? Im calling tomorrow and telling them to draw the papers up again with the right amount showing before my husband will sign them. Thanks
