well if you move to michigan you can bet IF YOUR SUED you'll be sued under michigan law so meaning that its a SOL of 6 yrs on credit cards .. texas & florida are prolly the best 2 states to live if your in debt & hate to say this but michigan is about one of the worst for consumers , no garnishment in texas but yes wages can be garnished under michigan law .. sorry but to know is by far the best , goodluck , kel ...
