I looked through all of the possible areas in Ga statutes for anything that could help you,unfortunately, Ga is NOT very consumer oriented. All their laws seem designed to protect the creditor's interests.

You might consider sending a letter to the Finance Company, complaining of their tactics, and stating that it does not help them in any way, as you have been cooperative and the people they have contacted have only received a bad impression of their business tactics, so it is bad publicity for them.
