Served through PO Box?

Hello--I've tried to research this question but haven't found and answer and am hoping that someone here might be able to help.

If a CA wanted to take me to court, and all they have is my PO Box, can I be served at that address? Obviously I'm not at the Mailboxes, Etc. to sign for the papers. No CA has my home address or phone number.
