Was the $12. an actual payment by you, or a credit adjstment when they charged it off? What was the date of your last purchase from the receipts? If you use the SOL letter from my website, you can click on your State and the statute is posted. If you do not remember the purchases,you can certainly claim fraud, however, they probably just enhanced the sig.
