It is very unlikly that they will win in court. I would file a pre-trial motion to dismiss this suit. Im not a lawer but maby one will give you some better advive.Why the hell do they need the actual cards.If you find out let me know.It doesnt sound like they are going to molest your father in the night time thought. Bulldozers are kinda noisy. Since they dont know where he is burried maby the men were employees of another enity.
