I still have not been able to verify what the loan is exactly but Im pretty sure it is the Oregon state scholarship loan as they had called me in oct and if I remember right all the figures that the CA was quoting me where the same, guess I will see come monday.
I do beleive a continuance is going to be in order here as they gave me very little time to get any info that I needed and I could not get the court clerk to call me back after several mess on voice mail.

also spoke with legal aid (or should say tried) but got blown off by them as they said I would have to call the lawyer refferal service and be refered to them ...sigh ...what a run around I got today .....called the referal service ....no more probono for civil cases and the best they could do was refer me to a lawyer in this area....call the lawyer....35.00 just to consult for 30 min.....no can do so guess out of luck.
