need help with experian

Experian has stated and lied in front of a court mediator that they do not dispute inquiries ever(unless doubles) and when I asked why they used to allow disputes online they stated they have never ever allowed anyone to dispute inquiries online. This is a total lie because they did and stopped about 8 months ago. She totally took me by surprise when she lied like that. Email me at picantel4343@hotmail.com if you can help. I need notorized letter from people who specifically remember being able to dispute online or have in fact sucessfully disputed inquiries that were not doubles. I have helped alot of people so I expect some help in return. Thanks
