Missouri's SOLs are really in a state of confusion. I have WhyChat's SOL letter going out (the debt is 6years plus and have the Experian and a 3 CRA report to prove such). I recently asked for validation and all they sent was a 1996 statement but there was no itemization of the debt and charges etc. I will hire an attorney to defend myself if sued but does anyone have any recent information on these missouri judges who cannot figure out that CC debt is an open account? I realize that you always roll the dice with the lawsuit.
