Are you having some other kind of personal difficulty? If so, they may work with you. If you just got in too deep by spending, and now want off the hook, you can try, but I doubt it.

If it's spending too much do a google search for some of the "frugal living" sites, and see if you can get into that instead of spending, and pay the debt down.

However, it never hurts to ask what they can do.

Any kind of "deal" will hurt your credit for years to come.
