I even had a go-around with one from NACA, I guess the one appeals court ruling on a business credit SOL for a "money" judgment clouded their minds to the facts of the exceptions for personal consumer credit in their own statutes.

Of course, if I were a conspiracy
theorist I would wonder why it seems to be only 1 or 2 CAs from outside the USA who have managed to terrorize the legal system n Mo.
