I have a suit filed in Federal court.

What the LL is claiming is normal wear and tear.

The CA never responded to the validation request, so I was just curious if in a situation like this, if it would qualify as validation. I would think there would have to be bills or invoices, for the work being done to "substantiate" the claim.
