Its people like you who cause the average consumer to gain judgments and garnishments. The sheer ignorance you represent is appaling. A debt successfully avoided is not a debt satisfied. Take some contract law and learn that a note is open until the point of satsfaction through payment or death - at which point if an estate exists - that note will be further pursued.

Gain some knowledge before you go gathering a lynch mob.
