Most states allow suit against those who have PO boxes. I would suggest the same as observer - contact a lawyer - I would also suggest contacting your creditor - It has been my experience that to lie, hide and attempt to avoid payment only gets you into further debt. Perhaps that creditor will be more leanient on you if you chose to make arrangments and stick to them.
