I don't understnad why people live thier lives day to day in fear. Why not grow up and own up to the responsibilities you accepted when you signed your contracts? SOL means absolutly nothing when it comes to debt. They can't sue you - they cant report on you - great. They can still hound you and cause depression/anxioty for years and years. Why not just pay them what is owed - many times they can work on a payment schedual - or offer discounts on amounts you rightfully owe.

It honestly baffles me how many people try to steal every day - yet do it justifiably in thier own minds because that company is rightfully requesting what is owed to them.

In cases of baught debt - what diffrence is it to you who owns it. To say or think anything to the contrary only adds to your denial that you owe that debt you incurred.

It is down right stealing to barrow and not repay.

Those companies extend a courtesy to you - you extend nothing in return but a middle finger - a curse and a hung up phone. Perhaps some should think next time why those collectors are so mean - when all day they have to deal with people avoiding thier past - and screaming at them for doing thier jobs.

Im sorry - but pay your bills sir - and move on to your new job so you ca live in peace, not in constant fear of being rightly litigated agaist.
