"And if those things aren't provided, do they credit reporting agencies have to delete them?"

No they do not need to delete your record.

A)Date of last payment from original creditor. -Yes

B)Copy of original document with my signature from original creditor. - Yes

C)Documentation if debt was sold. - Yes

D)Documentation who has owned alleged debt. - Yes

E)Receipts from original creditor validating said expenses. - You wont get this, it is rare that a sold debt evedr has this record in the first place. It is not nessicary to validate a debt. Mearly the balance and intrest accrued is needed to be known.

F)Who legally owns alleged debt. - Yes

also, how can I word it to ask if they have re-aged alleged debt. There must be a way to request many things that would be so time consuming that they won't respond, or can't locate. Is this legal? - It is common for "Bad Debt Buying Companies" to take the charge off amount - and retroactivly add intrest accrued per state and federal regulations - which ever affords the consumer the greater protection ( as with all laws pertaining to debt) - many times thoough this intrest can be negated through settlement negotiations.

If they can't provide all info will the credit agencies remove? - No they will not remove - It is not thier responsibility to Prove the debt exist, it is your responsibility to prove it does not.
