The LL has denied our right to defend against the claim by not suing us. The LL knew that the claim was disputed. Essentially, we have been accused, tried, found guilty and have been being "punished" for an untrue, false and unproven claim. You know, even murderers get a "trial" - even if the crime is witnessed by 100 people.
