Purge , i dont believe that a blanket statement about hiding IS ALWAYS true .. in my opinion IF your badly in debt whether the accounts are in SOL or past SOL & IF you have little or no assets i think avoiding creditors or hiding sorta speak is the BEST policy other than of course filing for chapter 7 OR 11 BK .. the way i look at it & MOST creditors look at it is that IF theres really ALMOST ZERO chance of recovering any money & better yet IF you also live in a garnishment proof state like either Florida or Texas come to mind well lay low & hide baby hide .. just my opinion , kelly ................
